The amended layout has resulted in a new elevation of extended metal clad ESB substation doors, a widened entrance lobby area to the upper floors of the Earl building, reconfiguration to delivery area, landlord welfare and comms area and the omission of 1 no. permitted retail/restaurant/cafe unit at Earl Place permitted under Reg. Ref. 3442/16.
