The proposal includes communal amenity space, including roof garden at 8th and 10th floor levels, and public realm improvements/public open space adjacent to the Malahide Road. The proposal contains a total of 27 no. car parking spaces, 87 no. secure bicycle parking spaces and 34 no. visitor bicycle parking spaces within the public realm. The proposed development includes PV panels at roof level, foul and surface water drainage, hard and soft landscaping, lighting, and all associated and ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development and accompanies this application.
