A green roof finish is proposed for the roof of the building. A rooflight is proposed in south west corner of the roof over Apt.4. Bin storage for each apartment and bicycle parking is provided within the property boundary. Associated siteworks, including the construction of a retaining wall to support the land bank to the rear of the property and the upgrade works to the drainage system, are to be carried out.
