Retention Permission & Planning Permission for the alteration and refurbishment of the existing three storey dwelling of c. 392 sq.m. at 21 Northbrook Road, Dublin 6, DO6 Y957 (Protected Structure ref. no. 5865) Retention permission is sought for the following items: Forming new openings to internal walls at lower ground and ground floor levels.
