(15) Amendments to the ground floor, north eastern and north western elevations of the building; including two access doors to the ground floor ESB substation and switch room and removal of mesh screening for better ventilation of car park area (this opening sits behind the boundary wall of the hotel); (16) Amendments to the south western elevation leaving the ground floor elevation open for ventilation of car park area. This area sits behind the boundary wall with DCU campus; (17) Replacement of three windows in the office floor with one window and one access door to the mechanical plant deck on the north western elevation.
