The residential development will comprise 7 no. studio apartments, 22 no. 1-beds, 31 no. 2-beds and 2 no. 3-bed units all with balconies/terraces; resident amenity spaces including a meeting room, concierge and a gym will be provided at ground floor level. A total of 20 no. car parking spaces will be provided at basement level, including 1 no. wheelchair accessible space. A bin store, 2 no. motorcycle spaces and 72 no. bicycle spaces will also be provided at basement level with a further 22 no. bicycle spaces at ground floor level. The development shall be served via the existing vehicular access point from Eglinton Road, which is to be widened, along with a new pedestrian entrance from Eglinton Road/Donnybrook Road. The uppermost roof will have PV panels and 3 no. roof lights. The associated site and infrastructural works include provision for water services; foul and surface water drainage and connections; all landscaping works; boundary treatments and electrical services; including an ESB substation.
