The existing boundary wall between Nos. 48 & 49 Fortesque Lane will be removed within the foot print of the proposed development and will be replaced by a new boundary wall. The pitched roof over the first floor offices will be finished with corrugated metal. The pitch roof over the ground floor office will be finished with a selected metal. The external walls will generally be finished with sand and cement render.
