3871/19: RETENTION & PERMISSION: Planning permission and retention permission at Royal Hibernian Way, Dawson Street, Dublin 2. The application site comprises of 0.15 hectares and is bound by Dawson Street to the east, Anne Street South to the south, Duke Street to the north and Duke Lane to the west. Planning permission is sought for an outdoor seating area on Dawson Street at Unit 10. The seating area will be circa 10.08 sq.m and will include windbreakers of circa 1.04 metres in height.
