4140/22: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of amendments to a previous permission (Reg. Ref: 2881/21) as follows: Construction of a basement plant area (c. 71m2) and access stairs. Enlargement of the permitted bin store from 16m2 to 18m2.
