The development includes a loading bay and bin storage area off Eastmoreland Lane together with SUDS features including a green/blue roof and a landscaped courtyard at ground floor, and all ancillary site development and excavation works above and below ground. (G.FA. 4,650 square metres). Nos. 46, 48 & 52-54 Baggot Street Upper are Protected Structures (R.P.S. Nos.462, 463 & 465).
