4350/24: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning Permission for the amalgamation of dwelling house No. 15 & building No. 16, which is subdivided into 2 no. units comprising a separate garden level apartment, with in part an established commercial use, and independent main house above garden level, which will include a change of use at ground floor level, to return 2 no. offices (33.2 sq.m) to residential use.
