The proposed amendments comprise of the following: *Modifications of glazing to the building facades. * Extension of building managers facilities to the rear of the building at ground floor level; * Rearrangement of changing rooms, showers, lockers, and bicycle parking at lower ground floor level; *Modifications to permitted landscaping and external access arrangements; * Modification of emergency access at ground floor level; and * All ancillary and associated site development and landscaping works. The proposed amendments will result in an increase of c.10.5sq.m in the overall gross floor area (GFA) of the permitted office building, resulting in a total GFA of c.7,864.9sq.m.
