Total floor space of the building is 674 sq. m. 2. Elevational changes include the removal of existing railings, removal of non- original internal lobby, entry doors and glazing and replacement with a slim frame glazing and door system with an anodized finish. 3. Alterations to the existing stepped entrance on the southern elevation to form a ramped threshold. No works are proposed to the public footpath.
