4962/22: The proposed development will consist of the following: • The refurbishment and change of use of the existing Telephone House, a vacant 8 storey building with 9th storey setback and plant at roof level above basement, from office to use as an aparthotel. • The development includes revisions to and refurbishment of the elevations, including new façade treatment to Telephone House.
