The proposed development comprises the replacement of the existing stone cladding panels on the north, south, east and west elevations with a new stone cladding panel of broadly similar pattern and colour tone and all associated and ancillary development works. This application relates to a proposed development within the North Lotts & Grand Canal Dock Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme area.
