GrantedDecided 04 August 2023Dublin City Council

WEB1346/23: Planning Permission for the relocation and widening of existing vehicular access at the front of her home at 29 Clare Rd, Drumcondra, Dublin 9, D09 P7W1. The works are proposed to provide for the relocation of the existing vehicular access (off-street parking) to a central position, away from an existing lamp post which hampers current access. It is proposed that the access is widened from approx. 2.4M to 3M to reflect present day vehicle widths, general accessibility and traffic safety, and to mitigate against the restricted manoeuvrability imposed by the narrowness of the street. The works propose the removal of the existing front boundary fence and plinth kerb to be replaced with new painted metal railings to the same height together with localised dishing of existing pavement to enable access and all associated landscaping and site works
