Works to include the conversion of the existing garage to a utility room. New flat roof to converted single storey utility to side of dwelling with raised parapet level, removal of the chimney and front elevation amendments. One number rooflights to single storey flat roof over utility at the front of the dwelling, and two number rooflights to single storey flat roof over kitchen and living area to the rear. All the above along with moving and widening the existing vehicular entrance to 3.6 metres and associated landscaping & site works.
