WEB1830/25: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: A). Change of use of the building from office use to a single residential house (as previously granted under Reg. Ref: 4008/24); B). Construction of a replacement single-storey flat roof side extension, with sedum roof and associated roof lights, at lower ground floor level; C). Construction of a new single-storey flat roof extension to the rear at lower ground floor level, with associated roof terrace accessed at upper ground floor level; D). Cleaning of the existing granite and brick facades and granite entrance steps; repointing of existing front and part side elevations and entrance steps in lime mortar; E). The replacement of the non-original uPVC windows, on the rear elevation only, with timber sliding sash windows, together with amendments of two select opes (conversion from window to door openings); F). All ancillary site, boundary and landscaping works.
