Ref: WEB1088/25 to provide: • New plant at roof level. • New cladding to original lift motor room at roof level. • Repainting the external facades of building, along with new natural stone cladding at the ground floor level and replacement of the existing canopy to the front. • New pedestrian egress from stair core 02 at ground floor level. • New generator within the permitted car park. • All associated site development and services works.
