WEB2157/25: Permission for the refurbishment, ground, first and second floor extension with attic dormer extension to the rear of a two storey terraced house at number 4 Elmwood Avenue Lower, Ranelagh, Dublin 6. The proposed development will consist of the demolition of the existing full width ground floor extension and partial width rear return at first floor and the construction of a full width ground floor extension to the rear (23 m2) with rooflight over kitchen space and partial width extension at first floor (14m2) and second floor (14m2) along the northeast boundary connecting with a dormer attic extension (8 m2) to the rear pitch (total existing and proposed house area is 145 m2).
