Ref. 4659/23 which allowed for the provision of a new 3m vehicular entrance and revised boundary treatment at 32 Ailesbury Road. The amendments proposed include: (i) modifications to the as approved vehicular entrance arrangement along the southern boundary to now include 1.550m high entrance gates, bound by 1.850m high stone block piers; (ii) modifications to the approved southern boundary treatment including the omission of the previously approved stone plinth, stone pier and steel railings to now allow for the existing 1.250m high textured concrete block wall with concrete capping to be retained. The development also includes all other associated ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
