WEB5678/25: PROTECTED STRUCUTRE - We, The congregation of Clontarf and Scots Presbyterian Church intend to apply for permission for works to Clontarf and Scots Presbyterian Church, Clontarf Road, D03 EC44; A Gothic Revival Presbyterian church, completed 1890, (protected structure reference 1921 on the record of protected structures) as follows: The conservation and restoration of the decorative stained glass window at the West gable, together with removal of existing cementitious pointing and defective repairs to the stonework of the existing west façade and part north and south façade; insertion of matching stone repairs; steam cleaning of the external and internal stonework; removal of existing storm glazing and installation of new storm glazing; removal of existing render and installation of permeable insulating render to wall at interior of west elevation.
