The development will also comprise of the: insertion of an ope into the existing eastern boundary to provide pedestrian access to the proposed apartment block; partial widening of the existing vehicular access to Lower Road; elevational changes to the existing credit union building; 11 No. car parking spaces, bicycle parking; bin storage; plant; sedum roofs; boundary treatments; lighting; hard and soft landscaping; and all other associated site works above and below ground.
