D21A/0950: Permission for development. The development will consist of: the construction of pipeline insulation joint replacement, comprising: site set up, excavation works, the provision of temporary supports on the pipeline, degassing and purging of the pipeline, cutting and removing of the insulation joint, welding the new insulation joint in place and subsequent testing and commissioning of the new insulating joint. The works area will be reinstated following the proposed works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
