D22A/0028: Retention permission is sought for alterations to the centre metal roof valley between the two apex roof sections. The works included replacement of all non-original defective copper metal and supporting plywood base to roof valley with new valley comprised of pressed copper metal laid to falls, dressed up the roof pitch sections eitherside and all installed on new marine grade plywood, existing slates to the affected area were stripped and re-installed. Existing valley drainage outlet penetrating the gable wall into the gutter was retained and dressed with new copper.
