Fencing erected per BS 5837:2012 around retained trees before site clearance, with notices and exclusion zone enforced. Consultant to certify fencing erection and conduct toolbox talks. Monthly site inspections required. All tree works by qualified/insured Tree Surgeon per BS 3998:1989. Post-construction Arboricultural Assessment and Completion Certificate submitted at Practical Completion. Vegetation clearance restricted to outside bird breeding season (1 March - 31 August).Environment Ecology
  • 5Tree Bond of minimum €25,000 lodged prior to commencement as part of an Arboricultural Agreement. Bond release contingent on submission of Arboricultural Assessment Report and signed Arboricultural Certificate 24 months post-completion. Project Arboriculturist to conduct inspections at intervals agreed with LPA (max 31 days), submit monitoring reports within 3-5 days, and report significant breaches directly to Tree Officer. All works within Root Protection Areas (RPA) require Arborist agreement; stumps mechanically ground; no storage/cables on retained trees.Environment Ecology
