D22A/0628: The proposed development shall consist of: Removal of the existing (modern) spiral staircase in the courtyard, Construction of a part single part two storey link extension within same courtyard to rear (south west) of main house and side (south east) of coach house. Infill of the existing door opening at first floor and provision of new openings at ground and first floors on the south east gable wall of coach house to provide internal access from the main house to both levels of the coach house. Reconfiguration of coach house interior at ground floor to provide new shower room and bedroom in lieu of current gym space. Replacement of the existing (modern) gate in the screen wall (between main house and coach house) with a new door to access the proposed link extension. All associated conservation, site services and landscaping works.
