D22A/0840: Permission previously refused retention of vehicular entrance in different location on site (Reg. ref. D21A/0211) The development will consist of: the removal the existing unauthorised entrance gate which will include re-establishing of the site boundary, reinstatement of earthen bank as per adjoining, reinstatement of some land back to grass cover & reinstatement of pedestrian gate in original location. The removal of a tree to the upper end of the site of the proposed entrance to comply with requirements for sightlines from the proposed entrance. The erection of a new timber/farm gate, set back from the edge of the road. A new Hardcore apron, turning circle, track to existing turning circle to allow horse boxes to turn and to offload horses to different parts of the site.
