D23A/0346: Removal of existing single storey extension to the rear, removal of existing single storey garage and utility to side, provision of new extensions to rear and side of the existing house at ground and first floor level with a pitched roof to the side extension, and flat roofs to the rear extensions. The floor area of the house will be increased by 88.9sqm. A new zinc canopy to be provided over the front entrance, and existing vehicular entrance to be widened to 3.3 metres. All external walls to be provided with external insulation and render, with new windows and doors throughout, together with internal modifications, alterations to drainage, and ancillary works.
