D24A/0083: The development will consist of: (i) external alterations to the front elevation including the creation of a gate in the front railings at ground floor level, the insertion of an external metal staircase from ground floor to lower ground floor level, the alteration of a window into an archway, the insertion of a new external door at the front lower ground floor level and the creation of a new window at third floor level; (ii) external alterations to the rear elevation including the alteration of a window opening into a doorway, the insertion of a new external door to the rear at lower ground floor level, the replacement of an external door to the rear at ground floor level, the provision of solar panels at roof level of the rear roof; (iii) minor internal alterations of the rear return at ground floor level including the reconfiguration of partitions and door openings to create a wc, utility and kitchenette and associated plumbing works; (iv) associated refurbishment works, conservation works and ancillary works.
