D25A/0320/WEB: The works will consist of a rear ground floor extension comprising kitchen, dining, living and utility space together with a first floor side extension above existing converted garage in order to accommodate additional bedroom space. The works propose the widening of the front elevation and adaptation of the existing hipped roof to extend over the side extension proposal. In addition to this the front porch will be modified to accommodate a larger entrance hall. It is also proposed to widen the existing vehicular entrance to 3.5M in order to facilitate safer access and to more practically accommodate two cars. To be carried out in conjunction with all associated internal modifications, alterations and external site works.
