DZ23A/0812: The proposed development (on development tile known as L1 West) will consist of amendments to the development permitted under DZ23A/0005 as follows: Modifications to the internal layouts of the permitted House types A1, A2, A3, A4, A1H and A2H (all 4no. bedroom dwellings), with associated elevational changes including the rearrangement of selected windows at ground and first floor levels.
