The proposed 113 temporary car parking spaces materially contravene ME zoning car parking standards and DM113, which mandates limiting car parking near public transport to minimise car-borne commuting, given the site's proximity to the Metro Link and existing parking provision.
Fingal Development Plan 2017-2023, Objective DM113, Table 12.8would contravene materially Objective DM113 of the Development Plan which seeks to 'limit the number of car parking spaces at places of work and education so as to minimise car borne commuting. The number of car parking spaces at new developments will be in accordance with the standards set out in Table 12.8'.
