F19A/0556: Alterations to a previously approved permission (Reg. Ref. F17A/0630 / An Bord Pleanála Ref. No. APB-302007-18). The proposed alterations comprise (i) revised external storage yard layout to provide for omission of 1 no. previously approved storage rack (Rack Type 3) as per Reg. Ref. F19A/0181 and the extension of approved Rack Type 1, located along the southern site boundary from 78.09m to a maximum length of 85.316m; (ii) provision of a new staff car parking area (12 no. vehicular parking spaces), separated from the main yard by an internal barrier formed by acoustic fencing and separated from the eastern site boundary by additional acoustic fencing, landscaping and tree planting; (iii) provision of landscaping and tree planting along the western site boundary; and, (iv) all ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the development. The proposal also seeks an amendment to the approved hours of operation from 7.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and between 8.00am and 1pm on Saturday, (No Sunday opening is proposed).
