Permission for 6 no. car spaces, 3 no. at side of proposed houses and a further space on roadway in front of houses with private amenity space, proposed boundaries, landscaping and all ancillary site works. Full Planning Permission also to construct a two storey dormer dwelling at the site No. 132 Dublin Road, Sutton, Dublin 13. Proposed house at No. 132 to have vehicle entrance moved & boundary wall on laneway to accommodate new proposed vehicle entrance to rear. Houses to be connected to public sewerage and surface water on site and all ancillary site works. Permission Retention is sought for the demolition carried out on the existing dwelling which was granted under planning reference F15A/0287.
