F20A/0700: Site c. 1.2ha, generally bounded by St. Marnocks Bay residential are to the west, development lands to the north and east which form part of the Portmarnock Local Area Plan lands and Moyne Road to the south. The proposed development consists of the provision of a construction haul road (total length approx. 1,105m). The primary length of road extends eastwards from the eastern edge of the existing St. Marnocks Bay residential area (Phase 1A & 1B) turning south to connect with Moyne Road and is approx. 860m in length and 6.5m wide. An additional east-west spur of approx. 245m in length and 6.5m wide is also proposed from the eastern edge of the permitted residential development (Phase 1C - ABP Ref. ABP-305619-19 refers) which connects with the primary length of haul road running north-south to Moyne Road. The roads infrastructure works includes:- Temporary road surface finish when required. New temporary junction onto Moyne Road. Appropriate temporary landscaping generally required to facilitate the development, including erection of 1.5m high temporary post and rail boundary fencing pending construction of future residential development and permanent vehicular road. And all ancillary and associated site development, infrastructural, landscaping and boundary treatment works. The alignment of the construction haul road in accordance with the provisions set out in the Portmarnock South Local Area Plan 2013 (as extended).
