F21A/0263: (1) Erection of an External Wheelchair Accessible Lift adjacent to the main entrance steps to the property. The Lift will have a vertical travel distance of approx. 1600mm. The Lift is approx. 1300mm x 1800mm in plan. (2) Alterations to the existing railings to the steps and landing will be required to facilitate the installation. (3) New safety railings and gate 1100mm high to match design of existing railings will be required at the top of the existing steps. (4) Approx. 2000mm of existing shrub planting will have to be removed to facilitate a provision of a level paved platform at ground floor level for the installation of the lift and all ancillary works.
