F23A/0024: The development will consist of: (i) demolition of existing single-storey derelict cottage (c. 59sg.m) and associated outbuilding located within the eastern portion of the site; (il) construction of a residential development consisting of 37 no. residential units including: (a) 8 no. terraced two-storey dormer, three-bedroom dwellings with attic accommodation (3-storey) and 1 no. two-storey, two-bedroom dwelling.
