The proposed development will increase the total no. of dwellings on site from 32 no, permitted, to 36 no. (net increase of 4 no. ) and will decrease the net. gross floor space from 1,400 sq.m (House Type H- 8 units)., permitted,to 1, 362 sq.m (House Type J- 12 units).
