Total additions comprise 257m2 A new terrace deck and single storey storage shed (9m2), is also proposed at the northeastern end of the site at level +9.935 The works will include the complete refurbishment and repair of the external and internal fabric of the original structure and the reversal of the multi unit modifications made to the property in the mid 20 th C. Proposed landscaping works are limited to removal and replanting of trees at the proposed location of the master bedroom at the upper level (+9.935). The completed proposal will provide a single family dwelling of 593m2 on a site of 0.24 hectares.
