F25A/0051: The development will consists of: Proposed minor alterations to existing boundary fence, gate and footpath to rear/side of Howth Guard Station. The following works are proposed: 1. Removal of the existing painted palisade fencing and gate; 2. Proposed new palisade fencing to three sides, and gate to new locations as per drawings; 3. Removal of 7.0 m section of brushed concrete footpath and construction of new dished footpath entrance with matching brushed concrete finish; 4. Removal of existing asphalt, gravel and broken concrete finishes to yard at rear of station and resurfacing in brushed concrete with associated drainage works on site. 5.
