F25A/0427E: The development will consist of the following; 1. To build a single storey porch extension to front of existing dormer dwelling. 2. To apply external wall insulation (up to 200mm in thickness) complete with a render & brick soldier course detail finish to all elevations which will replace the existing full brick finish to the front and the tiled finish to the dormer walls. 3.
