F25A/1131E: The development consists of Retention of the demolition of the original detached dormer dwelling and construction of foundations (now 1.1 metres east of their original locations), solid rising walls and ground floor slab for its reconstruction and replacement build and that of the previously permitted two-storey extension to the rear (granted under Reg. Ref. F23A/0668), with revised raised finished floor levels and increase in floor area to facilitate a relocated bathroom at ground floor level of the extension. Planning permission is also sought for the development which will consist of amendments to the previously permitted works to the dormer dwelling with a two-storey rear extension granted under Reg. Ref. F23A/0668 to now facilitate the construction of the new replacement dormer dwelling with the previously permitted works and the two-storey rear extension, including new bathroom at ground floor level, revised roof profile with a pitched roof in lieu of previously permitted curved roof for the rear extension, and associated revisions to the fenestration on the north, east and south elevations, to provide a 4-bed, two-storey detached dwelling, and all associated site works.
