F26A/0020E: The proposed development will consist of the construction of a total of 23 no. residential units comprising the following: (a) The demolition of the single storey extension to the northern elevation of the existing 2 storey detached dwelling house and the existing porch to the front, along with associated elevational and internal modifications to the house to facilitate its conversion into 3 no. apartments (comprising 2 no. 1 bed units and 1 no. 3 bed unit); (b) Demolition of the existing 2 storey outbuilding and agricultural shed to the rear of the subject site.
