FW17A/0049, including the reconfiguration of first floor level accommodation (no increase in Gross Floor Area) together with associated amendments to internal layout; minor modifications to the position of permitted entrances and the fenestration patterns on the southern and western elevations; minor relocation of the permitted ESB substation and provision for installation of an external back-up generator.
