FW21A/0147: Completion and Retention of alterations to a development permitted under Reg. Ref. FW19A/0126, as subsequently amended under Reg. Ref. FW21A/0058, relating to the permitted Unit 632 (currently under construction). The alterations for which permission for completion and retention is sought, comprise the following: Internal alterations to permitted Unit 632 including the change of use of 195 sq.m. of warehouse floorspace to office/staff facilities and replacement of ladder access with Stair 3 to the internal plant level. The total GFA for Unit 632 is reduced from 5,400 sq.m. to 5,373 sq.m; External alterations to permitted Unit 632 including the addition of a glazed wind shelter to the main entrance, minor modifications to the glazing on the south elevation, increase in building floor levels by 660 mm and increase in building height by 20mm; Addition of fire fighting access gate, smoking shelter, Sprinkler Tank, Pump House and Valve House and provision of CCTV posts; Alterations and repositioning of the permitted ESB sub-station/switchroom including an increase in GFA to 25 sq.m and associated external modifications; Alterations to site entrances and boundary treatment; All associated and ancillary development. The application site is bound by Kilshane Avenue to the west and Kilshane Park to the south.
