FW22A/0192: Alterations to the rear elevation of Unit 5, alterations to the car park/pedestrian circulation areas and service yard, installation of new mezzanine floorspace in Units 3 and 5, and all associated works. Collectively, 1,471 sq.m of net additional mezzanine floorspace is proposed over the two units.
