The proposed development includes for the demolition of existing buildings on site (c. 2, 791 sq.m total) and the construction of 181 no. apartments and duplex units, together with a childcare facility, in 8 no. three to six storey blocks. A breakdown of the proposed blocks is as follows: Block A is a five to six storey building consisting of 40 no. apartments and duplex units comprised of 4 no. 1 bed units, 30 no. 2 bed units & 6 no. 3 bed units.
