FW25A/0411E: Tuthills Limited intends to apply for Permission and Retention as follows; (1) Permission to modify the existing warehouse (888.9 sq. m. total gross floor area including a 206.5 sq. m. garage and a 76.6 sq. m. mezzanine) so that the ridge height is reduced to 5.5m. and the eaves height is reduced to 4.3m. to match the ridge and eaves heights of the immediately adjacent warehouse; (2) Retention permission for the remaining part of the warehouse structure which is unaffected by the proposed modifications; (3) Retention permission in relation to the concrete apron in situ (c.597.5 sq. m. in area); (4) All of the foregoing subject to the limitation of the use of the modified warehouse and the concrete apron to the holding and storage of unsold seasonal stock and the limitation of the number of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) accessing the site to not more than two HGVs per day; and (5) Permission for landscaping and screen planting and all ancillary and associated works.
