ABP-305619-19 (as amended by ABP Ref. ABP-311164-21 and ABP Ref. ABP-311472-21). This application is a modification to the above already permitted development. This is a Large- scale Residential Development as defined under Section 2 of the Planning & Development Act 2000, as amended.
